After producing the #1 radio morning show in Denver, Jared (just going to go with third person here) Ewy went solo and built his own radio & newspaper syndicated entertainment report. After the recession pretty much devastated his advertising base, he became a communications/crisis manager for the government. When his federal appointment expired, he took on the challenge of building a brand for Name.com.
When he first started at Name.com. No budget. Lots of outreach.
Bullet Points of Note
- Built social media into a voice of cool, casual, customer-focused, free-loving geekery that cares.
- Externalized the internal (turning our warm fuzzy camaraderie outward) with regular culture and community videos.
- Became known as the Blogfather and wrote countless stories and tutorials to make our digital platform a warm, friendly home of customer satisfaction.
- Created pungent (word?) event presence that could neither be ignored or contained but always remembered.
Testimonial quote that should pretty much seal the deal
"You'll note something about all of Jared's work. He knows his audience and connects with them, taking the sponsor or client along for a successful ride." Doug Wayland, Senior Communications, United States Census Bureau and former Executive Director of the Colorado Broadcasters Association
